Update on PHP Cyber Risk

GGCS has confirmed with EEX the provider of our registry (G-REX) that they don't use the PHP programming language as part of their system. 

We have also confirmed with our website provider that PHP is not used. 

We have no reason to believe that the security concerns publicised today regarding PHP will effect our systems but we will continue to monitor the situation.
