GGCS Accounts closed from August 9th for two weeks

Our migration to a new IT platform and a two week closure period starts on August 9th 2024.
What is happening?
- We are moving the Registration Database (the IT platform that you log into and where your RGGOs are held) to a new provider called Grexel.
- The current system will close and you will have no access to your account for approximately two weeks.
- All the data will be moved onto the Grexel platform and, when you access your account post migration, all your RGGOs will be available to you along with a full transaction history.
When is this happening?
- Your account will close from 9am August 9th 2024.
- We anticipate your account on the Grexel system will open on August 27th.
- If there are any unforeseen delays between August 9th and August 27th, we will notify you as soon as possible.
How will I access my account on the new platform?
- The email address currently being used to log into your GGCS account will receive an invite from a @grexel.com email address.
- If you have been in communication with us to update the email you want to use, we will have taken that on board.
